In the virtual world of reality,

The talk was on,

Feelings were shared,

Promises were made.

There was a hint of care,

that kept me awake,

in broad daylit,

in the cool moon night.

Embraced in my thoughts,

Image of a person.

With glittering eyes,

A confident stride.

A treasured personality,

with a charming voice.

Now miles apart, with nothing to share,

the dust of time, blurring the image.

In this lonely night,

When a sudden burst of thoughts trespass me.

With an illusion of reality,

I cherish the past well spent,

with a resolution,

I won’t remember it again.
